Principality of Seridovia

His Serene Highness in the exercise of his duties as Head of State of the Principality of Seridovia, as provided for in the Seridovian Constitution promulgated on March 21, 2023, DECREES:

Art. 1 – The following Ministries are hereby officially established as bodies of the Executive Power of the Principality:

Ministry of Culture, Education, and Heritage: Responsible for promoting Seridovian culture, encouraging artistic production, preserving historical memory, open and symbolic education, and national identity.
Ministry of Citizenship and Public Relations: Responsible for citizen registration, issuance of CNIPs and NUIPs, maintenance of the citizenship database, official communication with the Seridovian people, and external relations with individuals, groups, and micronations.
Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Technology: Responsible for developing technological solutions, digital platforms, managing Seridovia's online presence, information ethics, and integrating artificial intelligence into symbolic government.
Ministry of Provinces and Territories: Responsible for the creation, organization, and symbolic management of Seridovian provinces and territories, including the appointment of local representatives and supervision of regional development.

Art. 2 – The Ministers of each department shall be appointed by His Serene Highness or by special delegation as administrative needs require.

Art. 3 – Each Ministry may create specific secretariats, departments, or divisions, provided they are compatible with the principles of the Seridovian Constitution.

Art. 4 – This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication, revoking any provisions to the contrary.
