We, the founders and pioneering citizens, gathered under the eternal skies of the capital Lumaria, hereby proclaim the existence and sovereignty of the Principality of Seridovia, a digital, symbolic, and cultural nation guided by the principles of justice, knowledge, and the common good.
Recognizing the innate right of every human being to belong to something greater, We raise Seridovia as a land of ideas, identity, and communion among those who dream of a more conscious, creative, and free world.
The Principality of Seridovia is born as a modern constitutional monarchy, where the Prince stands as a symbol of unity and continuity, and the people are the living force and active builders of the nation.
We declare:
- That Lumaria shall, from this moment onward, be the Capital of the Principality and the seat of legitimate authority;
- That the system of government shall be fair, transparent, and dedicated to the well-being of the Seridovian citizen;
- That every individual, regardless of origin, may become a citizen, respected in their dignity and freedom;
- That peace, education, culture, technology, and the environment shall be unshakable pillars of our emerging homeland;
- That Seridovia shall pursue not domination or conflict, but collaboration, inspiration, and hope.
Thus is founded the Seridovian Nation, with its symbols, its laws, its collective will, and its commitment to the future.
