By accessing and using the official portal of the Principality of Seridovia ("the Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Portal immediately.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Seridovia government portal, including all government services, citizenship applications, and official communications. By registering an account or submitting any application, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.

Use of the Portal
You agree to use the Portal solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- —Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application
- —Impersonate another person or government official
- —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Portal
- —Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Portal
- —Interfere with or disrupt the Portal's systems or services

Citizen Accounts
When you register for a citizen account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. The Principality reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the micronational community.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Portal — including the national coat of arms, flag, official seals, text, graphics, and government documents — is the property of the Principality of Seridovia. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any official symbols or documents without written authorization is prohibited.

Official Documents
Documents issued through this Portal — including citizenship identification cards (CNIP), passports, and diplomatic credentials — are official instruments of the Principality of Seridovia, issued under its governmental authority. They are valid for use at micronational events, congresses, and activities within the micronational community.

Limitation of Liability
The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Principality of Seridovia shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Portal. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Portal at any time without notice.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Portal following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
