The villages of the diaspora have the following objectives:

I – To promote cultural connection between Seridovian citizens and their roots or current locations;

II – To encourage cooperation, art, language, gastronomy, and cultural heritage from different parts of the world;

III – To serve as symbolic representation centers of Seridovia in different regions of the planet;

IV – To grant honorary citizenship to individuals or groups who contribute to their maintenance and cultural expression.

Each village may be adopted by a Seridovian citizen, under the following criteria:

§1 – Adoption

• Adoption consists of the symbolic creation or claim of a village by the citizen, who becomes its 'Guardian'.
• The village may have:
• Its own name (e.g., Vila Gavião, Nova Lumaria, Serra Dourada)
• Symbolic location within the territory of the Principality (fictional map or metaverse)
• Its own flag (optional)
• Culture or ethnic/diaspora reference (e.g., 'Afro-Seridovian Village', 'Gaelic Village', 'Latin Village')

§2 – Registration and Recognition

• The village will be officially registered by the Ministry of Regional and Diaspora Affairs.
• It will receive a code of the Principality and be listed on the Map of the Principality.

§3 – Titles

• The adopting citizen will receive the symbolic title of Guardian of the Diaspora Village [name].
• The title may be mentioned on the CNIP.

Other citizens may join villages as symbolic inhabitants, participating in forums, projects, art, or cultural festivals.

Each village may have an official page on the Principality's portal with its history, culture, guardian, and symbols.
