Principality of Seridovia

His Serene Highness Sovereign of the Principality of Seridovia, in the exercise of his constitutional and Principality powers, and based on the principles of self-determination, decentralization, and symbolic sovereignty,

CONSIDERING The legitimate desire of individuals around the world to associate themselves with the Principality of Seridovia through the voluntary donation of physical areas;

CONSIDERING The need to create a clear, neutral, and legally secure system for accepting these symbolic and real donations;

HEREBY DECREES:

Art. 1 – Creation of the Land Acceptance Program

The Program for Acceptance of Territorial Donations to the Principality of Seridovia is hereby created, which allows individuals or legal entities, voluntarily and peacefully, to declare symbolic support or cede representative use of real land to the Principality.

Art. 2 – Types of Recognized Donations

Two categories of territorial donations are recognized:

I – Symbolic Donation

When the donor declares support for the Principality and authorizes the symbolic use of their land, without changing their legal possession.

II – Real Donation with Intention of Use

When the donor expresses desire to transfer possession or effective use of physical area, subject to future legal formalization in the country where the land is located.

Note: No donation implies forced or invasive appropriation. The Principality recognizes the national and international rights in force in each jurisdiction.

Art. 3 – Official Registry of Donated Lands

All donated land will be registered in the Official Registry of Associated Territories of the Crown (COTAC), with the following information:

Territory name
Donor name and link to the Principality (NUIP)
Location (country, state, coordinates)
Approximate area
Declared purpose (cultural, diplomatic, ecological, residential, etc.)
Donation category (symbolic or real)

Art. 4 – Recognition and Honorary Title

Every donor shall receive an official certificate of the Principality bearing the seal of the Principality. According to the size and purpose of the donation, the following symbolic titles of honor may be granted:

Up to 1,000 m²	Guardian of the Territory of [Name]
1,001 to 10,000 m²	Protector of the Land of [Name]
10,001 to 50,000 m²	Lord / Lady of the Domain of [Name]
50,001 to 100,000 m²	Baron / Baroness of [Name]
Above 100,000 m²	Duke / Duchess of [Name] (granted at the discretion of His Serene Highness)
Diplomatic facility donation	Honorary Local Ambassador of Seridovia

These titles are symbolic and carry no administrative or political authority but serve as recognition of the donor’s contribution to the Principality of Seridovia.

Art. 5 – Declaration of Peace and Legal Respect

The Principality of Seridovia reaffirms that:

It does not claim sovereignty over areas under active control of other countries;
It does not challenge international law;
All acceptance of territory is done with voluntary consent and within symbolic or formal frameworks permitted locally.

Art. 6 – Entry into Force

This decree enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Seridovia and will be accessible on the Principality's Citizen Portal.
