National symbols are the enduring expressions of a nation's identity, history, and values. The Principality of Seridovia hereby establishes and protects its official symbols as permanent representations of its sovereignty and cultural heritage.
Art. 1 — The official symbols of the Principality of Seridovia are: (a) the National Flag; (b) the Coat of Arms; (c) the National Anthem; (d) the Official Government Seal.
Art. 2 — The National Flag shall be the official banner of the Principality as established by the Prince of Seridovia. It shall be displayed at all official events, government buildings, and formal occasions.
Art. 3 — The Coat of Arms is the heraldic emblem of the Principality. Its use on official documents, publications, and communications is authorised exclusively for government institutions.
Art. 4 — The National Anthem shall be played or performed at official state ceremonies, diplomatic events, and national commemorations.
Art. 5 — Unauthorised commercial use, parody, or defacement of any official national symbol is prohibited. Citizens may reproduce symbols for non-commercial, informational, or educational purposes.
Art. 6 — Modifications to any official symbol may only be made by decree of the Prince of Seridovia, following consultation with the Ministry of Culture.
