Art. 1 — The government of the Principality of Seridovia is composed of: (a) the Prince of Seridovia, as Head of State; (b) the Prime Minister, as Head of Government; (c) the Council of Ministers; (d) the ministries and their respective departments.

Art. 2 — The Prince of Seridovia holds supreme authority over all matters of state, including national security, diplomatic affairs, and the promulgation of laws and decrees.

Art. 3 — The Prime Minister is appointed by the Prince and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of government activities and the implementation of policy across all ministries.

Art. 4 — Ministries are created, restructured, or dissolved by decree of the Prince. Each ministry is led by a Minister appointed by the Prince, who is responsible for their ministry's mandate and conduct.

Art. 5 — The following ministries are hereby established: Citizenship; Justice; Culture; Provincial Relations; Innovation; Foreign Affairs; Finance; Communication.

Art. 6 — Government officials shall exercise their authority in accordance with the law, in the public interest, and with transparency and accountability to the citizens of Seridovia.

Art. 7 — Vacancies in ministerial positions shall be publicly declared, and the Prince shall appoint successors in a timely manner to ensure continuity of government.
