Diplomatic relations are fundamental to the Principality's engagement with the broader micronational community and the world. The Principality of Seridovia hereby establishes a clear legal framework for the conduct of its foreign affairs.
Art. 1 — The Principality of Seridovia may establish diplomatic relations with sovereign nations, micronations, and international organisations that share its values of mutual respect, sovereignty, and peace.
Art. 2 — Diplomatic recognition is granted by the Prince of Seridovia, following an application and review process conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Art. 3 — Recognised nations may appoint a diplomatic representative to the Principality. Such representatives shall be afforded courteous treatment and access to appropriate channels of communication with the government.
Art. 4 — Diplomatic relations may be classified as: (a) Recognized — formal acknowledgement without active engagement; (b) Established — active diplomatic relations with regular communication; (c) Suspended — temporarily inactive pending review; (d) Terminated — formally ended.
Art. 5 — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall maintain a public diplomatic registry of all recognised nations and their current status.
Art. 6 — The Principality reserves the right to terminate diplomatic relations with any nation whose conduct is found to be incompatible with the values and interests of Seridovia.
