Art. 1 — The Principality of Seridovia issues the following official identification documents: (a) the National Citizen Identification Card (CNIP); (b) the Seridovian Passport.

Art. 2 — The CNIP is the primary identification document of Seridovian citizens. It contains the citizen's name, photograph, citizen identification number, and date of issuance.

Art. 3 — The Seridovian Passport is a travel and identity document issued to citizens in good standing. It is valid for use at micronational events, congresses, and diplomatic occasions within the micronational community.

Art. 4 — Documents are issued exclusively to citizens who have completed the citizenship process and whose applications have been approved by the Ministry of Citizenship.

Art. 5 — The Ministry of Citizenship is responsible for the design, security, and issuance of all official identification documents. Document formats may be updated by ministerial order.

Art. 6 — The forgery or fraudulent use of official Seridovian identification documents is prohibited and shall result in immediate revocation of citizenship.
