The Principality of Seridovia is administratively organised into provinces, each representing a distinct territorial and cultural unit. This law establishes the framework for provincial governance and its relationship to the central government.
Art. 1 — The Principality of Seridovia is divided into twelve provinces. The boundaries and names of all provinces are established by decree of the Prince of Seridovia.
Art. 2 — Each province may have a designated provincial administrator, appointed by the Ministry of Provincial Relations, responsible for coordinating local activities and communicating with the central government.
Art. 3 — Provinces do not have independent legislative authority. All laws applicable across Seridovia apply equally in all provinces.
Art. 4 — The Ministry of Provincial Relations shall serve as the primary liaison between provincial administrators and the central government, ensuring harmonious administration and balanced regional development.
Art. 5 — Citizens may identify their province of residence upon registration. Provincial affiliation does not affect the rights or obligations of citizenship.
Art. 6 — New provinces may be created, and existing provinces may be renamed or reorganised, by decree of the Prince of Seridovia following a review by the Ministry of Provincial Relations.
